Deltek WelcomPortfolio is a fully web-based, thin-client application. Below are the system requirements need to run Deltek WelcomPortfolio.

Supported Application Server Software Platform

  • Microsoft® Windows 2000, XP, 2003
  • Microsoft® .NET Framework 1.1/2.0

Supported Web Server Software Platform

  • Internet Information Server 5.1 (IIS) or higher
  • Windows 2000, XP, 2003

Client Browser Software Platform

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 6® or higher
  • WelcomPortfolio requires Microsoft® Windows .NET Framework 1.1/2.0 on the Client (WelcomRisk does not)

Database Type Platform

  • Oracle® 8i, Oracle 9i, Oracle 10g, Oracle 11g
  • Microsoft Windows® NT, 2000, 2003, XP
  • Microsoft SQL Server® 2000, 2005

Minimum Recommended Application Server Hardware

  • Dual 2.8Ghz Processor, 4GB RAM
