The resource breakdown structure (RBS) creates pools of resources with definable skill levels to easily determine what resources are available and when. Resource Selection When selecting resources, Open Plan shows you the availability of resources on all projects when you are planning the work for a complete view of resource allocation. You can select by individual or skill level to see other available resources to mazimize resources and avoid double booking.
Graphical Resource Views Deltek Open Plan's graphics quickly show you who is available and where resources are overallocated. Standard histogram, bar charts and S-curves present resource information in clear, ease-to-read charts to communicate what is happening and where the problems are on a project or across progams. The graphic's are definable so you can display information the way your organization needs it.
Dynamic Resource Views The Deltek Open Plan Resource Management Wallchart and Resource Utilization Chart dynamically display resource assignments for one or more projects and update automatically showing current resource assisgnments for the most up-to-date view of resource availability. Deltek Open Plan provides a graphical, high-level view of constraining resources so you can resolve problems before they impact your project.
